Writing, brand presets and exports

Editing, layout, PDF creation and PNG creation happen on your device. We do not upload your text, brand settings or exported files. The optional “Remember this draft” setting stores a copy in this browser only; uncheck it to remove that copy. Saving a Pro brand preset stores its name, brand, theme and accent color in this browser. Presets do not include your writing. You can back up or remove presets in the Pro section. Download Markdown and preset backups before clearing browser data. There is no cloud draft or preset sync.

Billing and access

When Pro checkout is available and you choose to start it, Creem hosts checkout and processes payment, billing contact, tax and receipt information under its privacy policy. Card details are entered on Creem's checkout, never on DraftDeck. Our server stores a random account ID, test/live environment, Creem checkout, customer, subscription and order IDs, the accepted terms version and creation dates. It checks Creem's current records to decide access and process cancellation, refunds and disputes. It does not copy your billing email or card details into the app database.

Starting checkout or restoring access sets an essential, secure, HTTP-only session cookie for up to 90 days. It is used for your purchase and access, not analytics. Downloading an access key creates a private recovery credential; we store only its hash. A new downloaded key replaces previous keys. Keep your key private: someone with it can use your access and open your billing portal. Sign out removes the current session. Browser data and recovery keys are not shared with analytics.

Expired sessions and processed webhook IDs are cleaned up daily; webhook IDs are retained for up to 90 days. Purchase IDs, terms acceptance, recovery hashes and refund blocks are retained while needed to provide access, resolve billing issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. For deletion or recovery help, use Contact; do not send card numbers or private drafts. Creem retains its own payment records separately.

Usage counts

We count page loads, the first edit in a page, PDF export attempts, PDF creation successes and failures. We keep daily totals with a broad source label, such as Google or direct/unknown. We do not include your writing, brand, files, full page URL or referrer in these counts. We do not set analytics cookies, create visitor IDs or use browser fingerprinting. We skip these events when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Daily cleanup removes counts once they are more than 90 days old.

Feedback and support

The feedback form sends only the category and message you submit. Do not include private client information, an access key or your original draft. The form does not ask for email and cannot provide a reply. Messages are used to improve the product and are removed by daily cleanup after 90 days. To request removal, include the approximate date and a short identifying phrase without sensitive details. Available support and billing contact routes are listed on Contact.
