Before a charge

The core editor and PDF download are free. Pro checkout is awaiting activation. Test checkout creates no real charge. For a live subscription, cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. The checkout confirms your trial end and applicable taxes.

First subscription payment

Request a refund within 7 calendar days after your first subscription payment for a full refund of that payment. Include your Creem order reference and the checkout email through the support route on Contact. Do not send card numbers, access keys or your draft. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing times can vary. A refund request is not confirmation that funds have reached your account.

Renewals and delivery problems

Later renewal payments are generally not refundable for a change of mind. Duplicate charges, inability to deliver the paid service and applicable mandatory consumer rights are handled separately. Contact support with the order reference and a description of the issue. We will first restore access or arrange an appropriate refund; you do not need to upload your original writing.

Canceling is separate

Use “Manage subscription” in Pro or Creem's customer portal to stop renewal. Canceling does not automatically request a refund. A full refund may end Pro access; support must also confirm cancellation of future renewals. Saved local presets, Markdown and downloaded files remain yours. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke the whole subscription.

Your rights

This policy does not override rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or Creem's applicable payment and dispute processes. See Terms for subscription and access details.
