Terms of use.

Free editor and Pro

The editor, three themes, brand settings, Markdown download and multi-page PDF export are free. Pro adds up to 20 named brand presets saved on your device and batch PNG export in a ZIP file. Both plans use the same limits of 25,000 input characters and 40 slides. Pro does not include AI writing, social publishing, cloud storage or team accounts. Buying Pro does not change ownership of your files.

Trial, price and renewal

Pro is offered at US$9 per month, plus applicable tax, with a 7-day free trial requiring a payment card. Checkout remains disabled until live payments are activated. A checkout marked “test” creates no real charge. Only enter real payment details on an available live Creem checkout.

When you start a live trial, Creem shows the applicable price, trial end and payment terms before confirmation. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at US$9 per month plus applicable tax. Later monthly periods renew automatically until canceled. A bank may display a temporary card authorization during a free trial. Your checkout and receipt confirm the exact dates and amounts; we do not charge you simply for visiting or using the free editor.

Access, recovery and cancellation

After checkout, return to the Pro section and choose “Check access.” Download your private access key to restore the subscription in another browser. The key does not transfer local drafts or presets. Keep it safe: it grants access to the subscription and billing portal. A newly downloaded key replaces older keys. If you lose both the browser session and your saved key, purchase verification is required before recovery; an anonymous feedback message cannot verify a purchase.

Use “Manage subscription” in the Pro section or Creem's customer portal to cancel or update billing. You can use the portal with the email used at checkout even if your DraftDeck browser data has been cleared. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge; canceled free-trial access ends. After a paid cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period while the payment remains valid. Failed or overdue payments can suspend Pro. We verify access online, so a billing-provider or network outage can temporarily block Pro. Free PDF and Markdown exports remain available.

Refunds and support

Our Refund Policy explains the 7-day first-payment refund window and delivery problems. Canceling renewal and refunding a payment are separate actions. A completed full refund or chargeback can end Pro access; it does not delete your local files. Use Contact for current support routes. Live sales will not open before a reply-capable support address is available.

Your content and output

You keep your rights to your writing. Only use content you own or have permission to use. You may use exported files personally or commercially, subject to rights in their content. Review every slide before publishing. PDF pages are images, not selectable text; supported Markdown syntax is limited. Device fonts, emoji and browser memory can affect results. Oversized content must be shortened before export.

Local data and acceptable use

Your writing and presets stay in your browser. Browser storage can be cleared or lost: keep your own Markdown and preset backups. See our Privacy Policy for billing identifiers, essential cookies and usage counts. Do not violate applicable law, misuse others' content, disrupt the service or share your access key publicly. You are responsible for platform requirements where you publish.

Changes, availability and your rights

We do not promise uninterrupted access or identical output on every device. We will not increase a paid subscription's price without notice and an opportunity to cancel. If we discontinue a paid service, we will stop new sales, provide notice through the billing contact route and address unused prepaid service through continued access or an appropriate refund. Features already sold for a paid period will not be withdrawn without a remedy.

Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Creem's checkout and customer terms also apply to payment processing. DraftDeck is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
